Southwest Ultraviolet Reflectance Chamber (SwURC) in a 10000 class cleanroom and some key internal components like the LN₂-cooled OFHC Cu sample tray supporting the MgF₂-coated Al mirror. The micro-capillary array doser is used to vapor-deposit water ice film onto the cooled mirror. The channeltron detector installed on a rotating mount helps measure the specular reflectance of the ice-coated mirror.
